Blue Dream
This is my first time writing on a blog. I am excited to keep record of our families adventures as we forge into new territory. After years of looking we finally purchased our dream home in 2017. This house checked off our major list of wants: Country living close to town, large enough to have a separate rental or business downstairs, entire floor devoted to the kids and there noises (2 levels up), and a huge bonus...a pool (rare in Moscow). We are hoping this house will create years of happy memories as well as a profit for our future dream. We will be creating a bed and breakfast in our downstairs basement. At 1,800 sq. ft. we have plenty of space. This dream will take time and money and a diligent step by step plan. Why a bed and breakfast (or a room finder) business?
